Dev4ager integrates Stripe and regional payment gateways end-to-end, checkout, subscriptions, metered billing, invoices, webhooks, refunds, reconciliation, with hosted fields keeping you in the lightest PCI scope, and every failure case tested before launch.
What we build
Payments are the one feature where "mostly works" means losing money or trust. The happy path takes a day; the other twenty paths, declines, retries, out-of-order webhooks, partial refunds, are the actual job. We build all twenty-one.
- Checkout flows: one-time, subscriptions, seats, usage-metered billing
- Trials, proration, upgrades/downgrades, and dunning for failed cards
- Webhook processing with signatures, idempotency, and retries
- Invoices, receipts, tax hooks, and customer self-serve portals
- Refunds, disputes, and reconciliation reports your accountant will like
- Marketplace splits via Stripe Connect where money goes multiple ways
How we build it
- Scope. Pricing model, currencies, and edge cases mapped before code.
- Architecture. One payment layer in your app, providers stay swappable behind it.
- Build + review. Senior review is non-negotiable on money paths.
- Test + go live. Full test-mode matrix (declines, 3DS, duplicate events), then launch.
Stack we reach for
Stripe Stripe Connect PayPal Node.js TypeScript Webhooks Supabase
A great fit if…
- Your SaaS is launching paid plans and billing logic scares you (it should).
- Failed payments and churn are handled by… nobody, currently.
- An existing integration "works" but support keeps refunding by hand.
Payment integration FAQs
Do you only work with Stripe?
Stripe is our default for its coverage and developer tooling, but we also integrate regional gateways (and PayPal) where your market needs them, behind one payment layer in your app, so switching or adding providers later doesn't mean a rewrite.
Can you set up subscriptions, seats, and metered billing?
Yes, plans, trials, per-seat pricing, usage-based metering, proration on upgrades, dunning for failed cards, and customer portals for self-serve changes. Billing logic is where SaaS revenue quietly leaks; we test it hard.
What about PCI compliance?
We integrate using hosted fields and payment elements, so card data never touches your servers, keeping you in the lightest PCI scope (SAQ A). Your compliance story stays simple because the architecture keeps it simple.
How do you test payments before going live?
Full test-mode runs of every path: success, declines, 3D Secure, webhooks out of order, duplicate events, refunds, and disputes. Real money only moves after the failure cases pass, that's the whole point.
