Dev4ager builds custom booking platforms with availability rules, scheduling, Stripe payments, automated reminders, calendar sync, and staff management, for clinics, coaches, salons, rentals, and every service business that lives by its calendar.
What we build
Generic booking tools work until your rules don't fit their boxes: variable durations, deposits, multi-step services, resource constraints, group sessions. We build the engine around your rules, and make the customer side so smooth people actually finish booking.
- Availability engine: working hours, buffers, resources, timezones, blackout dates
- Checkout with deposits, full payment, or card-on-file no-show protection (Stripe)
- Automated email/SMS/WhatsApp reminders and follow-ups
- Two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync
- Staff, services, and location management with role-based admin
- Self-serve rescheduling and cancellation with your policies enforced
How we build it
- Scope. We map your services, rules, and edge cases (the 8 pm "can I move my slot?" text), then fix price and timeline.
- Design. A booking flow tested for the fewest possible taps.
- Build + review. AI-assisted build with senior review; the availability logic gets extra test coverage.
- Ship + support. Launch with reminders on, watch no-shows drop.
Stack we reach for
Next.js TypeScript Supabase Stripe Google Calendar API Twilio n8n
A great fit if…
- Your booking rules broke Calendly three workarounds ago.
- No-shows are eating revenue and reminders are manual.
- You manage multiple staff or locations and admin is chaos.
Booking platform FAQs
Can customers pay at the moment they book?
Yes. Full payment, deposits, or card-on-file for no-show fees, all through Stripe. Refund and cancellation policies are enforced by the system, not by awkward emails. Details in our payment integration service.
Does it sync with Google and Outlook calendars?
Two-way sync: bookings appear in staff calendars instantly, and external events block availability. Buffers, working hours, and timezones are handled by the availability engine.
Can it send automated reminders?
Yes. Email, SMS, or WhatsApp sequences before appointments, plus follow-ups after. Automated reminders routinely cut no-shows dramatically, which usually pays for the build by itself.
Does it support multiple staff, services, and locations?
Yes. Per-provider schedules and services, locations, role-based admin, and reporting. If you grow into a multi-vendor model with commissions, the same foundation extends into a marketplace.
