Do I need theme customization or a custom Shopify app?

If it's about how the store looks and flows, it's theme work (sections, templates, Liquid). If it's about new behavior (custom pricing logic, external syncs, checkout extensions), it's an app or integration. We do both and will tell you which your idea actually needs.

Can you structure Webflow CMS properly?

Yes: collections modeled like a database, not a pile of pages. References, categories, and SEO fields done right, so marketing can publish without breaking layouts and the site scales past 50 pages gracefully.

When should we leave Shopify/Webflow for custom code?
