Dev4ager builds custom CRM and lightweight ERP systems, with sales pipelines, customer records, quotes, inventory, and automations, for teams that outgrew spreadsheets or got tired of per-seat pricing and workarounds. You own the system; no seat fees, ever.
What we build
Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for the average company. If your sales motion, service flow, or operations are what make you different, forcing them into someone else's schema costs you daily. We build the system around your process, and only the parts you need.
- Pipeline and deal management tuned to your actual sales motion
- Customer 360 records with activity, documents, and communication history
- Quotes, invoices, and approval workflows
- Inventory, orders, and ops modules where an ERP-lite is needed
- Automations: follow-ups, assignment rules, SLA alerts (n8n under the hood)
- Clean migration from HubSpot, Salesforce, or the Great Spreadsheet
How we build it
- Scope. We map your process and data first (entities, stages, roles), then fix price and timeline.
- Design. Screens your team will use 40 hours a week get designed like it.
- Build + review. AI-assisted build, senior review, tested against your real records.
- Migrate + ship. Staged data import, parallel run, then cutover with training.
Stack we reach for
Next.js TypeScript Supabase PostgreSQL n8n Stripe Email APIs
A great fit if…
- Your team runs deals through spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and memory.
- Per-seat CRM pricing has quietly become one of your bigger line items.
- Your process is unusual enough that every tool needs five workarounds.
CRM & ERP FAQs
Should we build a custom CRM or buy Salesforce/HubSpot?
Buy when your process is standard and seats are few. Build when your process is your edge, per-seat pricing has become a tax on growth, or you spend more time bending the tool than selling. We scope honestly; sometimes our answer is "keep HubSpot."
Can you migrate our existing CRM data?
Yes. We export from your current tool, dedupe and map fields, run a staged import, and operate both systems in parallel for a sprint before cutover. Nothing lost, nobody stranded.
What can a lightweight ERP include?
Typical modules: quotes to orders to inventory to invoicing to reporting, plus approvals and role-based views. We start with the module that hurts most and expand, not a two-year big-bang implementation.
What does a custom CRM cost to run?
No per-seat fees. You own the software. Running costs are hosting and database (typically tens of dollars a month at SME scale) plus an optional care plan for updates and new features.
